Because being charged with Shoplifting is serious - not only in court but also to your career and professional life - you should strongly consider hiring a Minnesota Criminal Defense Attorney.

  1. A friend of mine got charged with shoplifting a candy bar and an Ipod. Thank goodness he got a lawyer to help him. He would have had a more serious sentence if it hadn't been for help from his lawyer.

  2. I love this article, especially the funny meme at the beginning. Shoplifting is a serious crime, and I'm glad that they have attorneys out there to help us out. I have never shoplifted personally, and I think it's really sad when people do.

  3. Man that is a brilliant sign for the potential shoplifters! I'm going to show it to the next petit larceny client I help at my bail bonds office here in Las Vegas. We get a lot of em here in Southern Nevada. Mini shopping capital of the world here, so no shortage of sticky fingers.

  4. You definitely want to get a good defense attorney if you are accused of shop lifting. A charge can effect you for the rest of your life. A good attorney can help you get out in the best possible situation even if you are guilty.

  5. I have quite a few years under my belt. During those years, I am glad to say that I have never been arrested. I have made bad mistakes, but I always have a defense attorney to help me out, so I don't get blamed for something that I didn't do.
